What does it do?
The State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) is an agreement among member states, districts, and territories in the United States, which establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of post-secondary distance education courses and programs. SARA is overseen by a national council (NC-SARA) and administered by four regional education compacts. What does it do? It simplifies the process of taking online courses for credit at an institution of higher education based in another state. 夜色视频 operates its distance education classes and programs under the provisions for out-of-state students set by SARA. .

In the event that 夜色视频 decides to discontinue a program before all enrolled students have completed their program of study, the college will implement a teach-out plan in accordance with the requirements of its accreditor, NECHE.

If you are a Massachusetts resident, or if you are located in a non-SARA state or territory (e.g. California, Guam, etc.) and would like to file a complaint, please consult the Student Grievance Procedure. Reports can be submitted through the Student Feedback Form web page. If your complaint is not resolved at the institutional level by 夜色视频, then you may utilize the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education鈥檚 (DHE) to file a complaint with DHE.

For Online Students Located in SARA Member States and Territories
Out-of-state SARA students must first attempt to resolve their complaint using internal administrative procedures offered by 夜色视频. This includes all students who are located in SARA member states and territories for the purposes of completing out-of-state learning placements, such as internships, practica, clinical experiences, etc. in SARA member states and territories outside Massachusetts.
